Ted joined AKT3 in September of 2020 to handle Architectural Quotations for the company.  In 2023, he was placed in charge of Customer Service and now oversees quotations and technical services as well.

Prior to arriving at AKT3, Ted served as the Senior Systems Integrator for Barbizon Lighting in Florida, and before that spent 14 years with Walt Disney Entertainment in their Orlando theme parks.

He spent the earliest part of his professional life in the Washington / Baltimore area, working as a freelance lighting designer and technician for many area theaters and production companies following graduation from Catholic University with a BFA in Theatre Design.

This range of experience has allowed him to interact with all of AKT3’s manufacturers over the years in many capacities including end user, designer, and specifier. Ted makes his home in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC and is extremely pleased to be able to assist AKT3’s customers.
